As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating rebar placing drawings for multiple construction projects in Alberta, working closely with our General Manager and Technical Coordinators. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Produce placing drawings according to structural designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Canadian standards
  • Review drawings for errors, completeness, and adherence to government regulations
  • Release bar lists for manufacturing, specifying length, diameter, and bending requirements
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in technical engineering, architecture, or building design
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with rebar
  • Proficiency in Autocad and knowledge of Rebarcad (a plus)
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings accurately
