Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Cycle Material Management Specialist to join our team at ADGA Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing, warehousing, shipping, receiving, stock control, and disposal of obsolete stock and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage the procurement of materials and equipment from internal and external sources, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory control.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, handling, and preparation of items for shipment, as well as the maintenance of accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of supplies and services to operational units, ensuring seamless logistics support.
  • Recordkeeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate accounting and financial records, as well as prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Equipment Management: Provide life cycle material management of ISTAR Command & Control equipment, including tracking and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Logistical Support: Provide logistical support for various equipment, including weapons locating systems, electronic warfare systems, HP servers, and tactical communications equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: College Diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a relevant technical field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of demonstrated experience in a minimum of 6 of the following assessment criteria: experience using a recognized process framework, experience working on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, experience working on ERP for equipment cataloguing, and experience working on ERP for coordinating equipment distribution.
  • Certifications: Must hold a valid Secret Level 2 PSPC Clearance and have proof of College Diploma in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a relevant technical field.
