Key Responsibilities- Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to our strict quality control measures.
- Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to showcase your creativity and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations, with a commitment to upholding our company's standards.
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation, with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
