MADO Turkish Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Worker to join our team at the new location in London, ON (CF Masonville Place Mall).

As a Bakery Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the production and sale of high-quality pastries and baked goods. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Baking Expertise:

- Prepare and bake frozen ready-to-bake pastries with precision and attention to quality.
- Operate electric ovens and other baking equipment efficiently.

1. Production Management:

- Draw up production schedules to ensure timely and efficient baking processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to maintain an adequate supply of baked goods.

1. Quality Control:

- Ensure that all baked products meet established quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

1. Customer Interaction:

- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide product recommendations.
- Assist with sales transactions and address customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

1. Cleanliness and Organization:

- Maintain a clean and organized bakery area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Properly store and handle ingredients to prevent waste and ensure freshness.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in baking, with a focus on pastries and baked goods.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
