We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Recruiter to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, qualifying, and preparing candidates for IT roles.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in working with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms like TextKernal built on Salesforce. They will take ownership of their own recruitment processes while also developing talent pipelines, fostering long-term relationships with candidates, and providing strategic guidance to our recruiting team.

This is a full-time contract position for six months, with the potential to transition to a permanent role. You will work independently in a remote environment while being available for local travel within Vancouver. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a deep dedication to helping our clients and candidates succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines to ensure a steady flow of top-tier candidates for current and future needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms (TextKernal and Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Ability to mentor and support other recruiters to improve team performance.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for local travel within Vancouver.
  • Knowledge of the Vancouver IT job market is a strong asset.
