About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at C Town Exterior Ltd. As a key member of our exterior construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of exterior building structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials, including concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and paving asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various construction equipment, including machines and tools, to assist in the construction process.
  • Task Completion: Assist in completing various tasks, including erecting scaffolding, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses.
  • Work Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with tight deadlines.
  • Weight Handling: The ability to lift and handle materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
