About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Construction Labourer to join our team at SARB CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction, including loading and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing and demolishing buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Reliability and team player required
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment

Our construction sites are located at various locations, and you will be required to work outdoors in a dusty environment. We provide a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, and we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
