About the Role

As a Senior Motion/Product Designer at hireVouch, you will be responsible for leading design projects and working closely with cross-functional teams to guide creative direction. You will inspire team members by setting an example of initiative, accountability, and design excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive creative direction and foster collaboration.
  • Utilize advanced motion design skills to elevate the design output, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
  • Champion the user experience across all projects, advocating for design decisions based on research, testing, and user feedback.
  • Work effectively in an agile environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously exploring new design methodologies and tools to bring innovative solutions to projects.
  • Embody a growth mindset, embracing feedback from colleagues and stakeholders to refine ideas collaboratively.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a motion/product designer.
  • Previous experience working in agile teams is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in design research and usability testing, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to take initiative, inspire others, and drive projects forward.
  • Ability to validate design decisions and effectively advocate for user experience improvements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
