This role is a mix of creativity and production. It requires constant innovation and a high level of attention to detail across a wide spectrum of projects. You’ll need to be able to juggle multiple projects at once, often under tight deadlines. Flexibility is key, as you’ll need to adapt quickly and be willing to learn and embrace new tools and techniques, especially in AI.
 
You will be the animation lead, reporting to the Director of Strategy, advising, supporting or executing on all things motion.
Develop storyboards and design concepts for brand storytelling and product promotional content.
Edit and animate video footage, graphics, and audio to create cohesive, compelling content.
Work with other freelancers and videographers to produce motion work.
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and video for digital platforms, including websites, social media, presentations, and more.
Create visually stunning and dynamic animations, including 2D/3D animations, typography animations, explainer videos, GIFs, and other engaging formats.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design ideas, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
Edit raw video footage and incorporate effects and elements to enhance the final product.
Ensure all content is aligned with company guidelines, meets deadlines, and adheres to design standards.
Supporting the Associate Art Director on additional design initiatives as needed. 
 
5+ years of professional experience in motion design.
~ Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
~ Proficiency with web native animation tools like Spline and Rive.
~ Not required, but generalist 3D design and animation experience and proficiency.
~ A strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design and video production.
~ Strong design sensibility, complemented by exceptional motion design skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
