Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Vendor Analyst to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Data Operations Vendor Analyst, you will play a key role in our vendor setup process, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and explain systems and business process related inquiries from the business community
- Build documentation for improvements to existing systems and processes as requested and approved by management
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of all requests received for data enrichment
- Communicate master data updates to business teams and suppliers as required
- Review and analyze daily reports to ensure completeness and data accuracy
- Participate in data cleansing projects and testing as needed
- Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with internal and external collaborators

Requirements

- Post-secondary education at either the college or university level
- Experience working with SAP, Python, and UAT testing is an asset
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills working with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience/knowledge of SAP and working with retail master data
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong leadership skills
- Strong analytical and system thinking skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work on specific timelines and dependencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
