We are seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Vendor Specialist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited.

Estimated SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role will play a critical part in the vendor setup process, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative and analytical skills, working with and manipulating large amounts of data. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and explaining systems and business process-related inquiries from the business community. They will also build required documentation for improvements to existing systems and processes as requested and approved by management.
In addition, they will ensure timely and accurate execution of all requests received for enrichment of data, understand and communicate master data updates to business teams and suppliers, review and analyze daily reports, and participate in data cleansing projects and testing as needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should have post-secondary education at either the college or university level. Experience working with SAP, Python, and UAT testing is an asset.
Candidates should also possess strong analytical and system thinking skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
They should have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear communication and positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators.
