Baan Lao Holdings Limited is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including processing payrolls and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Provide customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform data entry, including updating databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with special projects, including preparing reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
