Exceleris, a leading firm in the industry, is seeking an experienced Taxation Director to oversee the preparation of corporate tax returns and manage a team of professionals.

About the Role:
  • This position involves overseeing the preparation of corporate tax returns, including SRED claims and deferred taxes.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in transfer pricing policies and monitoring new tax rules to ensure compliance.
  • A strong understanding of Canadian tax laws and regulations is essential for this role.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Corporate Tax Specialist will work closely with the accounting team and outside firms to ensure accurate and timely tax submissions.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a CPA with expertise in Canadian tax law.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance, is required.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are offering a competitive salary of approximately $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus full benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
