We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Rotary Manor in Dawson Creek, BC.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and have excellent communication skills. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary staff to provide comprehensive care to our residents.
**About the Role:**
In this role, you will work under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor or designate to provide nursing care to clients and families. You will apply your knowledge and skills within a client and family-centered care model and in accordance with the standards, scope, and code of ethics as outlined by BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and vision and values of Northern Health.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform assessments, plan, and provide nursing care to clients and families.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Apply Nursing Process to deliver high-quality patient care.
- May provide direction to other staff members as needed.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
- An estimated annual salary of $72,500 based on experience.
- Four weeks' vacation after one year of continuous service.

**Requirements:**
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
- One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population dependent on the nature of the caseload.
