Construction Project Director

We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing major projects and driving business growth.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, night shift premium, and travel insurance.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for:
- Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
- Representing the organization or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
This role requires a high level of physical and mental stamina. You will need to be able to:
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Travel regularly, both domestically and internationally
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
