We are a leading construction company seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing major projects and driving business growth.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, night shift premium, and travel insurance.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for:

  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization or delegating representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office

This role requires a high level of physical and mental stamina. You will need to be able to:

  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Travel regularly, both domestically and internationally
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
