Bombardier is a global leader in aviation, dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and servicing exceptional business jets and specialized mission platforms. We're seeking a skilled Avionics and Electronics Technician to join our team at the Hartford Service Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform troubleshooting, repair, inspection, modification, and service of aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment
- Adhere to Bombardier's General Work Requirements and environmental health and safety policies
- Participate in 5-S activities and maintain a safe and timely work environment
- Operate ground support equipment as required and assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
- Avionics/electric A/C technical school or equivalent experience
- Typically 0-2 years of avionics work experience or equivalent experience
- Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings and communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Basic set of hand tools and ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
- Must obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required and work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled work days and holidays
