Aircraft Avionics Specialist

Job Summary
Transat is seeking a skilled Aircraft Avionics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft by monitoring, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect aircraft electronic systems to identify any issues or defects.
- Diagnose and repair electronic system malfunctions to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless aircraft maintenance and repair.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Five (5) years' experience in aircraft maintenance (Transport Canada Certification).
- Ability to acquire and maintain security clearance and possession of a RAIC/DA.
- Endorsement on A330 and/or A320 family.
- Fuel and tank entry will be a mandatory requirement upon completion of confined space training.
- Working at heights will be a mandatory requirement upon completing the appropriate training.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
