We are seeking a skilled and physically capable individual to join our team at Foreign Express Auto Sales Services Ltd as a Mechanic Helper. This role involves assisting tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers with various tasks, including moving equipment, holding stakes during surveying activities, and signaling safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required
- Assist with surveying activities by holding stakes
- Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public
- Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- This role is physically demanding and requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Handling heavy loads is a regular part of the job
- Work under pressure is a requirement of this role
- The ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is necessary for this position
