We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Assistant 2 to join our team at the Terry Fox Lab. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to support research projects
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
- Provide training and guidance to new team members
- Collaborate with researchers and scientists to achieve project goals
- Develop and implement new laboratory procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. biology, chemistry, physics)
- 2 years of experience in a research laboratory setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
