Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week
