Are you passionate about real estate and helping families find their dream homes? We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Home Buying Specialist to join our team at Big John Peterson's Home Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender. You'll also provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market, prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close, and act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process, including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Requirements:
  • Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • MUST have a Real Estate License or pursuing the course
