About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lobby Leadership: Act as a lobby leader, ensuring customers are appropriately triaged and assisted.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture rich, long-standing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and share your knowledge with customers, introducing them to our mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to promote and demonstrate the use of digital/self-service banking options.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
