We're seeking a talented Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Danier Leather, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and motivating your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers through engaging interactions and personalized service.
- Create visually appealing store displays and maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, loss prevention, and maintenance of standards.
- Participate in weekly management calls to share best practices and promote brand consistency.
- Fashion retail management experience with a proven track record of sales and team development success.
- Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with email, POS, and staff scheduling applications.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-developed professional sales, customer service, and rapport-building skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with strong people development and management skills.
- Exceptional time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
