Job Summary

Pioneer Food Services Limited is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient workflow
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
    • Team player with a positive attitude
