- Job Summary
Hemlock Harling Distribution Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
- Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner
- Requirements
