Your expertise in clinical planning, operational readiness, and project management will be instrumental in driving success and achieving our goals.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or Regulated Healthcare Program is required, along with a minimum seven years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations across multiple programs and services. Registration in good standing with the applicable regulatory body is also essential.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the Service Planning and Operational Readiness team, including internal and external resources. Your primary responsibilities will include overall responsibility for leading and managing the Service Planning and Operational Readiness team, working in partnership with the Director, Planning and Design, to lead the Redevelopment team, and participating in the development, execution, and evaluation of Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
