About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Events Assistant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Marketing Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing events and customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Event Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of branded client events from conception to completion.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet personal and team sales targets by completing sales daily at event sites across the region.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with management and team members to identify needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Event Maintenance: Maintain the overall appearance, layout, and design of events.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Cooperate with marketing and PR teams to promote and attract new customers to events.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer Applications: Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
  • Age and Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada.
