About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Promote sales to existing clients and assess their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Proposal Development: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits from the use of our goods or services.
  • Product Customization: Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
