We have an immediate need for a Catastrophe Claims Property Specialist II. You must currently reside in one of the following counties: Bell, Williamson, or McClennan. Property damage can be a frustrating event for our customers. Our Claims Professionals make the aftermath a much simpler and worry-free process. This position requires someone with strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, while investigating and resolving a variety of large or severe property loss claims. In this role, you will be deployed within Texas to the loss site to conduct a thorough analysis. Every day is a new challenge as you assist our customers through their claims process.

Responsibilities

- On-site investigation of property damage, thorough review, and application of policy information and coverage details, proper setting of financial reserves, and accurate and timely settlement of claims.
- Utilize experience, judgement and investigation techniques to arrive at fair and accurate claim decisions.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to customers and third parties.
- This position requires deployment and travel (Each catastrophe deployment can be up to 3 weeks in duration with 12 hour workdays being the expectation throughout the state of Texas.)
- This is not a virtual/desk adjuster role.
- This is a field property (Homeowner) claim adjuster position. This is not an automobile claim position.

Minimum Requirements

- Possess a current Texas Adjuster's License
- Have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable homeowner claim experience
- List level of experience in Xactimate
