Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming merchandise, verifying accuracy and completeness of shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, adhering to company standards
  • Communicate effectively with store management regarding receiving volume and priorities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift, move, and stack heavy boxes/merchandise, with good physical condition
