About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ottawa, Kingston, Sudbury, North Bay, and Timmins offices. As a key member of our Architectural group, you will work alongside exceptional people to deliver world-class, innovative solutions that support community building and growth in our cities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and technologists on integrated multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Participate in meetings and work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop projects.
  • Prepare tenders, construction drawings, and various documents and reports for industrial and commercial projects.
  • Develop and communicate ideas using a design process and collaboration model that includes a wide range of tools.
  • Assist architects, engineers, and technologists with project execution during all project phases.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Complete technical, multidisciplinary, and peer reviews.
  • Lead in the architectural technologist group and mentor junior staff.
  • Travel between JLR offices and project sites across Ontario and Canada, as required.
