We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Jolan Holdings. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Offer basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including picking up debris and emptying trash containers.
  • Assist guests with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and mend any damaged items.
  • Shop for food and household supplies as needed.
  • Clean windows, walls, and ceilings, as well as changing rooms and showers.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
