Job Title: Domestic Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at Rechie Santiago. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Household Chores: Make beds, change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Laundry and Ironing: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Additional Tasks: Clean changing rooms and showers, pick up debris, and empty trash containers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform, equipment.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, flexibility, initiative, reliability.
Work Environment:
  • Work Site Environment: Non-smoking, outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex, various locations, private residence, employer's home.
