About the Role

This position involves providing top-notch security services to a high-profile client site. As an Industrial Security Guard, you will be responsible for:

  • Protecting people, property, and information on-site.
  • Issuing visitor cards and monitoring CCTV cameras.
  • Answering phone calls and managing incidents.
  • Conducting patrols of the exterior and interior of the site.
  • Reporting any incidents or suspicious activities to the Operations center.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the security industry (an asset).
  • First Aid Level C CPR and AED certification.
  • A Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A reliable vehicle for transportation to and from work.
  • A valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License Training Certificate (we can provide training if needed).
  • A clean criminal background check.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to stand and sit for long periods.
  • Steel toe boots required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
