We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Chief Information Security and Digital Risk Officer. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our global security strategy for both our platform and corporate environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people management skills, extensive experience in achieving excellent security outcomes, and a proven ability to manage risk profiles and elevate security postures. Some of the largest enterprises around the world entrust their data with Coveo, so this position is critical in ensuring the protection of our assets, data, and customer information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with industry best practices and emerging threats.
  • Advise the executive team and board on cybersecurity matters, including risk management, incident management, compliance, and governance.
  • Collaborate with multiple business functions to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record building and executing on a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge of various information security management frameworks and the critical thinking necessary to decide how to apply them to serve different business cases.
