We're seeking a highly skilled Security Audit Specialist to join our Security, Risk, and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various departments to ensure our organization is prepared for internal and external audit engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate third-party auditor engagements, including scheduling meetings and ensuring a thorough audit process.
  • Facilitate joint initiatives with teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date policies, standards, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with product development and cloud operations teams to implement audit best practices in security and privacy.
  • Produce regular reporting on compliance, audit risk, and audit-related change management.
  • Participate in our Security, Privacy, and Risk management program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge required.
  • Experience working with 3PAO or audit firms on third-party audits is an asset.
  • CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • 3+ years of information security or SaaS industry-related audit experience.
  • 3+ years' experience with compliance and audit (SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, CSA, etc.).
  • Experience in evaluating key control processes, including Risk management, Change management, Incident management, Identity and Access management, and Business Continuity Planning.
  • Solid understanding of general IT concepts, including networks, servers, endpoints, applications, and public cloud offerings.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The base pay range for this position is CAD $75,000-85,000 annually, with the base pay determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
