About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 9193065 Canada Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a private sector, urban area, with a large workload and tight deadlines.
