We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that align with our company's overall objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy, including talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Champion a culture of excellence that promotes employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Develop and lead people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training programs that support career mobility and job performance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Highly analytical and able to think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize HR responsibilities.
  • Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful HR programs.
  • Service-oriented and able to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  • Proficiency in HRIS Systems.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
