About the Role

As a Senior Food Service Operations Manager at Trishiv Food Limited, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of our food service department. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Food Service Department Head to manage the operations of our food service department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals, managing inventory, and leading a team of food service staff. Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure high quality and presentation standards are met* Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock* Lead a team of food service staff to achieve excellent customer service and food quality standards* Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff as needed* Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation* Hire food service staff and conduct performance evaluations* Prepare budget and cost estimates* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage* Prepare food order summaries for the chef* Establish methods to meet work schedules* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards* Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in a food service management position
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Certification in food safety or equivalent experience
* A degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field is preferred but not necessary
