Job Title: Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Food Dudes Restaurant Group Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Modify menu offerings and pricing to align with business goals.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Recruit and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
