Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services, as well as negotiating offers from suppliers and consulting with them to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Consult with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns, and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review and analyze quotations from suppliers to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Establish and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns, and to ensure satisfaction with the procurement process.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including procurement and supply chain management.
  • Process purchases and prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate prices when purchasing or selling, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the company.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field, or equivalent experience.
