About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at ECW Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality goods and services to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Source and procure goods and services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
