Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at All Seasons Restaurant and Lounge. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post job notices, and coordinate the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • HR Administration: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
