Human Resources Officer

At QRPS Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and providing information or services to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide information or services to employees
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
  • Recruit and hire staff
Work Environment

The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will be able to multitask and work as part of a team.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
