Job Title: Advisor Service Contracts

We are seeking an experienced Advisor Service Contracts to join our team at Enbridge. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for the execution of multidimensional contracts for services ranging from initial contracting strategy and development to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and negotiate complex service contracts, including all key agreed-upon concepts, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct nuanced analyses and transactions, assessing outsourced service requests, investigating and developing sources for the requested services, and working with Contract Owners to define the scope of work for the requested services.
  • Coordinate proposal evaluation activities and complete commercial evaluations.
  • Support the partnership with the business to assess current/future business sourcing and procurement requirements and apply this information for planning purposes.
  • Lead supplier relationship management activities.
Requirements:
  • Related university degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field with 4 or more years of related experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) field.
  • Strong experience in drafting service agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, contract administration, and RFx development.
  • High-level mathematical and analytical competence.
  • Able to show proven experience in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
