Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and conscientious individual with a minimum of two years experience in direct sales or a related retail sales role. You should possess excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication skills, and a positive and clear phone manner.

We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities, staff referral bonuses, team building events, and discounts on swim lessons for family members. The starting rate is $19 per hour, with a pay increase at 12 months of continuous service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing the sales process using leads generated through marketing activities, addressing member inquiries, and resolving concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. They will also prepare daily reports and schedules to support lesson execution and management activities.
