About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizza Hut. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of culinary expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present exceptional cuisine, including complete meals and individual dishes, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
