Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized service, making product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, providing solutions, and following up on sales.
- Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
