Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at LIDS. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales, controlling expenses, and supervising associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales by providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding company objectives.
  • Control expenses by protecting company assets, managing store inventory, and adhering to company policies.
  • Supervise associates by participating in training programs, recruiting and training new employees, and communicating with employees at all levels of the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relative experience.
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
  • Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.
