We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Pilates In Guelph.

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a goal-oriented individual who thrives on building connections, driving creative lead generation, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new clients through partnerships, local community outreach, digital campaigns, and events.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals by utilizing a consultative sales approach and delivering personalized recommendations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators, ensuring strategies align with organizational objectives and consistently drive growth.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and fostering a loyal community.
  • Partner with the marketing team and leadership to brainstorm and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that generate leads and support organizational growth.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, client engagement techniques, and movement education advancements to provide valuable insights and ensure Pilates in Guelph remains a leader in the community.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client engagement roles.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and experience managing performance metrics to achieve goals.
  • Fitness Studio Management experience an asset.

Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
